The Royal Mail have notified us of several potential strike days before Christmas this year, so please order in good time to avoid delays!

Order processing and shipment

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped weekly on a Friday, therefore orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please remember we are a small charity and cannot compete with commercial business timings due to having a small team. Thank you for your patience with us and we are delighted for your support and custom.

In the event of unforeseen circumstance, there may be a delay in shipment of your order. This may be the case especially in holiday or busy periods.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after placing it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is important for shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our prices are based on the Royal Mail charges plus £1 for staff time and packaging.

Larger orders may require higher payment depending on weight and quantity.

Please bear with us as our online shop is new and we are still smoothing out quirks in the system, thank you for being patient and we hope that you will love your new order! 

Unfortunately, we are not able to do fast tracked shipment.

International shipments

CSGRT does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes and handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc. required for your country importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as it varies widely across the world. If you are ordering internationally, please do your research so you have an idea of what the additional costs may be.


CSGRT use Royal Mail Post Office delivery service to ship products.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please do get in touch and we will do our best to put this right.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for our postal address.


To return your product, email for further instructions and our postal address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
